Didn't show my car being checked in early and I only saved myself $12 after turning it in over 24 hours early.
Terrible service. After waiting for 30 min in a line at the Budget counter in Gainesville airport, we got an old dirty car with old worn tire in the trunk . We drove for over 2 hours when we got a phone call from one of the employees requesting the we "should immediately return back because the car is unsafe to drive and there is a problem with tires". It was horrible I had a accident with the car because it had balled tires and when they picked it up they charged me for my last 2 days and charged me for the tow truck fee even tho none of it was my fault
We picked up our Costco reservation Budget Car Rental vehicle at the Jacksonville Airport. Despite only one person being ahead of us in line and us having a document showing every detail of our reservation booked through Costco, it took 1.5 hours to get the car. Staff refused to look at the reservation document until all other inefficient methods to find our reservation were exhausted.
