Due to their debit card policy they would not accept my card unless I was coming off of a flight however my car does say Visa and I can use it as a credit card anywhere else except here. They said because it says Visa and then debit under it is not acceptable I must have a Major credit card in order to rent due to me not coming off of a flight. I don't own credit cards as I use cash or debit only I figure if I can't afford it then I don't need it hence not having a credit card.

I received my rental vehicle on Wednesday March 11, 2026. The vehicle had clearly been smoked in ( ashes and smell inside the vehicle) and it had no windshield wiper fluid. Absolutely not a big deal at all, went and bought some car fresheners and windshield wiper fluid costing $27.41.
