Please be mindful to check the tire pressure before leaving the lot. Our Chrysler Pacifica was at 28 PSI. I ran back to the airport to “customer service” and asked her to have someone inflate the tires. I should have never have left the lot with this vehicle. The tires were inflated and I made it home. The next morning, The tire was almost flat, which means that there was a slow leak and Budget knew about it and didn’t do anything about it. LIARS AND SCAMMERS!! WARNING: RENT A CAR FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!They lied about the amount of gas in the vehicle when returned. They charged me almost $200 for gas when I dropped it off with a full tank. They also lied about when I returned it and charge me an extra day and even though I cleaned the vehicle before I dropped it off where it was cleaner than when I picked it up, they charged me $450 for a cleanup fee. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

Yeah, everyone else pretty much already said it, these guys are 'budget' in the worst way possible. I was upcharged $98.06 on a $334.00 rental to extend the rental six hours. Avoid, avoid, avoid. See you on Facebook, Twitter and Yelp, Budget. Feel free to give me a ring when you are ready to talk about a refund.
