Easy to locate counter at the airport. Car availability seems ok as I have had a few minor issues each time I have rented. Michelle at the car pickup counter was kind, helpful, and provided great customer service.
Called to inquire about vehicle availability and spoke to someone with a heavy accent who I could barely understand. The person kept interrupting me every time I was trying to explain or ask a question. They then hung up on me.

Matheus is an outstanding asset to your company and the reason that I will use this location for all of my rentals from now on. I was lucky enough to be able to work with him while trying to secure a minivan during Spring Break - other places like Enterprise wouldn’t even call back me after canceling my reservation.
