Be mindful when reserving from this location. They consider a Compact SUV the same as an Intermediate or Standard SUV, despite the clear pricing differences when booking. Even when I pointed this out, the only response I received was, ‘I got you.’ Additionally, they state that vehicle assignment is first come, first serve—unless you prepaid. I did prepay, yet still received a Compact SUV after reserving and paying for a larger vehicle.

AVOID THIS LOCATION and AVOID BUDGET’S PREPAY OPTION. I prepaid for a pickup truck a week in advance for a trip. Arrived to pick it up and heard the guys behind the counter say something along the lines of “you know how I said we had someone picking up a truck later”. They were just going to put me in the smallest SUV they had, a Chevy Trax. I had to be the one to ask to exchange at the Airport. After a terrible rental experience at the ATL airport and being forced into a car that I didn’t want or pay for because they were in a “sold out situation” , I contacted the mother lode and after 3 calls I came here to trade for what I originally reserved! Gary was AWESOME! He is exactly what Budget needs at their counters. Thanks

Showed up to pick up a rental, and after the convo with the man at the counter (and finding out my company had not paid in advance), I decided to cancel. I told the man TWICE to cancel the reservation. Days later... I'm still seeing a charge for $398. I called and they didn't answer. Called the main customer service line and they confirmed the man NEVER canceled the rental for me. Trying to still charge me for the rental I never left with and thinking I wouldn't check my recent transactions...??
