Had a great experience from start to finish here
I did a one-day car rental, and the car they rented out to me had a leaky tire. However, I only discovered this at 5 AM when I was trying to drive into the national park. This was too early to exchange the car, so I ended up having to find one of the few gas stations that had air. And then I had to do that two more times during the day. I rented a 10 day, one-way rental starting at this budget location. The vehicle I had reserved was not able to be updated to a larger class in advance over the phone or online, but the agent was able to help me get into a larger vehicle for a small daily fee. Yes there was a line of a handful of people and I had to wait my turn, but I was prepared with my reservation number and information which made the checkout process as fast as possible. DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET! I booked my rental car through Expedia, and my reservation clearly stated the total due at pickup. It also specifically said that the total price included all mandatory taxes and fees. At no point during the booking process or anywhere in my Expedia reservation was there any disclosure that I would be charged $0.25 per mile. In and out of 5 minutes, car super clean and very new,, top costumer services !!! the guy at the Front Desk offer me the best deal at the aiport and was sure I have the car I need for the purpose , great place to rent
