This branch kind of sucks. The people aren’t that helpful, I rented a full-size sedan and they gave me a micro SUV. Didn’t offer a larger car, even though they had them. Only way it was spend a lot more money. Pretty frustrating and they weren’t all that helpful. I’d go with a different carrier.
Terrible service from Budget. The representative made an error in one of the drivers’ names and required us to return to the location to make the correction for no fault of us. They also don’t give you a receipt or screen to review the information on the spot. Absolutely no transparency. They also wouldn’t reimburse for the mileage incurred to and from the location to make the change.
Unbeknown to me I was given a car that ( later I found out ) was an upgrade from original contract. And to my surprise I was charged a lot more than originally thought!! Customer be aware! I made a correction of my review after realizing that the overcharge was not due to unsolicited upgrade but due to milage. Thank you Budget for your immediate response on tjus matter.
