Charged me for full tank of gas after I returned with a full tank of gas! I should’ve looked at these reviews as this location loves to SCAM the customers here!
The return process was none existing. We returned the car into the Budget lot on 09/26. There are signed everywhere saying just leave the keys in the car and that's it. I went to the car rental desk and confirmed if there is anything else we need to do or if we can get a confirmation somehow. The guy told me no they will take care of everything. Arrived late at 11 pm. Found out I had made a mistake and had booked car for 3 weeks, but from the next day on. Went out of their way to help us out (succesfully)
Four days after I returned my rental, I suddenly received an email claiming I owed over $700 for a “new windshield.” Their photos showed a windshield covered in dirt with three visible cracks—none of which existed when I dropped the car off.
