I suggest that if you rent from this location to keep meticulous records. I had no issue with the reservation and pick-up process. The gentleman at the counter was perfectly helpful, including providing me rental paperwork that reflected an upgrade from the initial reservation. My problem was entirely with the return process. When I arrived for drop off at 6:15am, before their desk is open, they had staff working in the parking lot accepting vehicle returns. One star off due to some small damage to the tail light present on car pickup. Otherwise, a good experience.

SCAMMERS!!! Terrible service and experience. rented a car for one week for what was supposed to be $778.95. Instead I'm getting charged $1,777.52 in my credit card. Never received an invoice or anything giving me a reason why I'm getting $1000 dollars extra charge. I left the car with a full tank and not a single scratch! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE

My experience was pretty good, make sure that once you have landed head straight to the rental stand which is inside the airport. Cuz usually they have only 2 staff there dealing with a long line, but they work quite efficiently my wait was abt 20 mins or so. I was given a quite new small suv which fitted my need to drive into yellow stone.
