Budget was a lifesaver! Enterprise left me hanging after I'd already prepaid, checked in online, and showed up to ZERO cars available anywhere in town. The wonderful woman at the Budget counter at the airport in Augusta was so sweet, understanding, and most of all helpful in getting me a last minute car!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Recently, me and my family booked a rental car for our 9 hour trip out of town. Approximately 2 days before our trip, Budget called us to say they cannot take a debit card payment only credit card payments. However, our money was already taken off of the debit card and won’t be refunded for 5-7 business days.
