I just want to take a moment to show my appreciation for Rob and Aliah! I needed a rental at the last minute due to some car issues and had a super rough day! I thought I was going to have to rent a car and go back and forth between Brunswick/Augusta twice, but Rob made it to where I could rent a one-way and leave it in Augusta, rather than having to drive it all the way back! I want to write about the great service I received from Brunswick budget rental employees. The location manager Bob and the Ops manger Telet were so professional when I was sick they helped me out. I just wanna say the service was magnificent and they are great asset to the company and I want to tell them thank you. Best service ever.
The team (Rob, Krys, and Kayla) at the Budget Rental Car location at the Brunswick Airport location were absolutely amazing. We were driving to Florida and our rental car's front right tire could not keep its air pressure. We called customer service and were directed to go to their location. The team found us another rental car, helped us unload one car and move everything to another car in the middle of a storm. They were kind and extremely helpful.
