We just picked up a car at the Hopkins budget location. I drove the car approximately 1 mile and realized there was something very wrong with the car. The left rear wheel is rubbing or something is wrong. The car is so loud you can barely hear yourself above the noise of the car. Secondly, the car absolutely reeks of smoke.
