We recently did a return at this location and had some unexpected challenges beyond our control. Steph was gracious, friendly and accommodating. What a shining example of outstanding customer service! They have earned our repeat business!
We made a reservation a a week in advance and we get there and they didn’t have my car they sold all of them the night before
Update: I was contacted by Aurora, a representative of budget... She reviewed my account and found some charges were not valid. She refunded me a good chunk of my money back and made the accommodations more reasonable. This customer experience has changed my view to treat your customers...
