I was in town for a work trip and did not have a car reserved. The gentlemen at the desk were able to find a car for me and were so patient working through a new system, even with lots of visitors in town for a show. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my trip better!
Even though online says u can use a debit card as long as it has Mastercard or visa logo on it you can use it. So I get why they want a credit card for liability in case, so they can charge you foe the vehicle. However if youre paying for their insurance to cover the car plus have their security deposit on hold..... makes no sense... Either case there "SUPERVISOR" with her dog (whom was the best part of the visit) were 30 minutes late.... Just to get told I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund because apparently at... read more

Great customer service and a nice clean car! My car was ready upon my arrival. It was clean and had a nice smell to it. Becky always makes small talk and really cares about her customers. I will keep coming back here!
