I called at the last minute and the man who answered was very friendly. UNTIL I showed up with my family. Once there, he made it very hard for us to rent the car. Asking if we had a job. Saying that he could not take debit card unless we have utility bill. He did not want to help us because of who we were. Very obvious. Not very friendly. Now that I read reviews I am grateful it did not work out.
Don’t believe on this guy , he lied to us and also he don’t even speak English , we rented an car and he tried to give us another car when we try to cancel the contract he threat us with the cops . him lied about the reservation and he charged for no reason . But we gonna report this old man to the corporation.
Do not use this company, they are dishonest and cannot be trusted. Originally made reservation online for minivan since our group had 6 people. Called on Dec 11 because I was concerned that minivan may not work since we will be in Montana and snow is very possible. Spoke to Kayden who suggested that we upgrade to a 4x4 since snow is very likely on at the ski resort we were staying. She assured me that she could upgrade me to a 4x4 for $30 more per day. DO NOT RENT HERE… made a reservation days in advance for our move many states over and when we showed up to pick up our rental truck Alex told us our truck wasn’t there… we received no information prior that there would be delays of any sort. He was no help at all. Thankfully we got a rental from the UHaul 3 minutes down the road, they price match too, go there instead.
