Do not touch these people with a barge pole. Went into the office and reserved a car 4 days before we needed it then on the pickup day were told there is no car available. VERY VERY rude person to boot!
This was a very frustrating experience. I reserved a vehicle and was led to believe everything was confirmed, but when I arrived on the day of pickup, I was told there was no vehicle available. I was never notified ahead of time, which left me completely blindsided. Because of this lack of communication, I had to scramble to find another rental the same day and ended up paying an extremely high price elsewhere. I read the reviews after my return and found them to be pretty accurate. The employee who helped me at pickup (I believe Erik) was great—friendly, helpful, and doing his best even though he was clearly working alone and stretched thin. The car itself was in excellent condition with no issues. One thing to be aware of: the price at checkout was about $60 higher than what was quoted through third-party sites like CarRentals.com. Horrible experience. I travel for work and rent cars all the time. Due to the TSA situation I couldn’t fly out of Atlanta and rented a car to drive to SC. I decided to try to fly back and so I wanted to drop the car at the Charleston airport. Something that in 2026 is done all the time. This place is supposedly “privately owned” and wanted to charge thousands if I don’t return it back to GA.
