We were scheduled to return our rental to this location but the gentleman on the phone was so incredibly rude, hostile and aggressive over the phone we arranged to return the vehicle to another location. Absolutely the worst, and most disturbing, customer “service” experience we have ever encountered. We had no desire to encounter him in person if his phone comportment was that outrageous, and without any provocation (that shouldn’t matter, but certainly made it more disturbing). A truly terrible experience.
Positive experience but the employees are overworked and understaffed! They excel under pressure.

I booked a car with them through costco. I will never book with them again. First off, I booked an elite standard SUV. The guy calls me literally 1 hour before closing saying I was getting a minivan because they didn't have SUVs in. He also told me I needed to be there at 5:30 rather than the 6 pm reservation time that I made. When I got there, he did not have the vehicle ready. We rented a 15-passenger van from Budget during our recent trip to Destin, FL. When we arrived, we were initially disappointed to learn that only a Chevy 15-passenger van was available, and it did not look very comfortable for our group. We shared our concern with the agent, Erik, and he was very helpful.
