Our experience with them was terrible, my mother rented us a vehicle as we are experiencing financial hardship due to my medical issues and in order to qualify for a transplant I need to travel to Helena, I tried calling 3 separate times the day before pickup and no one answered the phone so I left a message asking them to call back so I can confirm that we can get the vehicle. THIEVES!!!! I left an item in this car weeks ago and after calling the company and them decling my phone call for weeks I decided to call from a different number. When they finally answered and we pressed them about my lost item they got dodgy and panicked on the phone, putting us on a long hold before picking back up just to end the call. I continue to call from an unknown number and they decline my call and send me to voicemail which they never return. Rented a car in Buffalo NY. On the passenger window behind the driver seat, there was a note wrote on the window from Budget mechanic/techs stating: "battery dead" on 8/28/25. charged now "good". We drove all the way to Virginia and then the car died. Battery is dead. We had to call Budget, They called roadside assistant and we waited about 1.5 hours and had the battery charged.
