YOU STOLE 700 DOLLARS FROM ME. This matter was resolved by stopping payment on my credit card charge. Budget did not object.
The dirtiest car I've recieved from a rental. The budget workers were very rude. I complained but they just smiled and walked away. Then apon Return i filled the car up with gas and two weeks later a gas bill from budget shows up on my credit card, over $75.00 I called customer service 3 times but no answer.
Service was quick and efficient at both ends. Car was fabulous and we had no issues. Would definitely rent again with Busget.

I recently flew into Billings, MT and had a horrible experience with Hertz. I walked down to the Budget desk and was greeted by Maddie. She immediately listened to my concerns and was so helpful!! After a long day of travel, she was efficient and was able to help me with my rental car. I was so grateful for her as summer is a busy time for travel to that area. Upon returning the car, Eloi was very sweet. These ladies are very good at customer service and in the future, I will only book with Budget at the Billings Airport!!
