Had a smooth and easy pick up experience. You literally walk 100 ft. and the cars are there, ready to go. Pre-checkin made it easy. Drop off was super easy as well. My main complaint is that I filled up the rental all the way with gas before returning and they still charged me a $16 “fuel service” fee. I showed them a digital bank charge of the gas fill up and they said they’d take it off but my receipt has not changed and still shows the fuel service charge. Frustrating.

Terrible experience arriving at Billings, MT on 1/7/25 at 7:30 PM. The Budget agent was completely inconsiderate throughout the whole process. She told me they could not honor the reservation due to the fact that I made the reservation with such small notice. I reserved a small SUV due to recent heavy snowfall. I was instead given a small car (Kia Forte) but there was no price adjustment because I apparently "prepaid", which makes no sense. Employee named carol was rude and dismissive was no help at all said she had no idea how to give a quote on a rental what else do you do there besides stand at a counter? Also told us to “go see for our self” what the quote would be which we would if the website wasn’t coded horribly and does not work well.

I still can't get over what a horrible experience I had dealing with the two girls handling the rental car desk I hope they receive additional training if this review is ever seen by a manager. Employees from 12/11 11:00 am. Hands down worst experience ever.
