This location is great been renting from here for years.A previous post said about drugs let me tell you couldn’t be farther from the truth. The gentleman is professional and great customer service. I highly reccomend the Tacoma location
Budget has been a disaster to deal with. The main office says they cannot communicate with their locations. They are telling me to drive an unsafe vehicle that has been in an accident or be stranded hours away from my home. They told me I had 2 choices1) call roadside assistance and be stranded or 2) drive 3 hours to the Broadway location in a car that is a danger to be on the road.
