Pessima! Ci hanno lasciati senz'auto!!!! Con scuse stupide sulla carta di credito (la quale copriva tutta la cauzione). Auto pagata interamente in anticipo, nessun rimborso, mandati via a piedi lasciandoci nei guai. STATECI LONTANO!
Bunch of scammers. I didn't buy waiver from them and they knew it. We drove the car for 4 days and there was no incident. At the time of drop off, a guy from their office went out to take a look at the car and log the odometer reading. One month after the rental I got a call from a third party company asking me to pay $1700 for damage to windscreen. Budget claims that there were 2 small chips in the windshield when I returned the car. I was charged for a new windshield even though the chips were so small that they should have just been repaired for ~$100. I will not rent from Budget again.
