259 U.S. 41 Bypass S, Venice, FL 34285: We arrived from out-of-state with a Budget vehicle in need of an oil change. Swapping vehicles during a rental-vehicle supply drought was a bit rough - to say least. Jackie stayed with us in communications. She worked diligently as a customer service advocate throughout the process. This level of client care is missing from most businesses. KUDOS to Jackie.

This company has a policy of sneaking in additional charges with every rental. Print and take your reservation and challenge the price difference. It happens regularly in my travels. Of my most recent three rentals 100% contained fraudulent charges. This site gave me an agreement with a total cost of double the one on the reservation.
