He rented my reserved rental car to someone else right in front of me. He said my reservation was “not taken seriously” because I didn’t have a phone number with it. This was not true because when I reserved the car online I had to put in my number, and I could see it clearly when I looked up the reservation. That was also the last car available.
Best rental place in the triangle
Don’t go to this location. They usually don’t have available cars, even with an advance reservation. Also, instead of taking care of your complaints, they try to make you feel like you are the one who did something wrong. The time and money they make me waste really upset me.
I reserved (and prepaid for) a vehicle at this location two weeks ago, and was just called - with less than 24 hours notice - that the vehicle will not be ready, and there is not one single car available in my area. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Do yourself a favor and rent your vehicles elsewhere.
