If I could give 0 stars I would , waited a hour after my pick up time , got a car that was wrecked with the bumper hanging off! Took it right back to be put in a car that was smaller than what I paid for . I won’t be using budget car rental ever again. Please pick else where when booking a rental car. Worst experience!!! 0statrrrrrrrs
Poor service had to wait for car to come in, not serviced renter before me left wallet and computer in back , located them they offered me a $50 reward passed on it

DONT RENT FROM BUDGET AVIS at the airport in Geer Spartanburg South Carolina. I was giving a car with damage and they had no other car at 8pm. They said it was noted that it was damaged and NOW they put it on me saying I did it. I took pictures and did everything correct and now they say they can use the pictures. GO ANYWHERE ELSE because they are horrible. The whole company is horrible.
The good - I received the car I had pre-paid - a 7-seater SUV - which was in excellent condition, fully loaded, and a pleasure to drive. Pick-up & drop-off was a very quick affair... no wait at all either time. The bad - Upon reviewing my credit card charges the following month, I saw a surcharge on my card from Budget. I immediately went back to check the receipt they emailed me & I was hit with a fee for not returning the car full.
