0 stars if it was allowed. Avoid! You may save a few dollars, but it is not worth the aggravation of waiting over an hour for a car (hour and 35 minutes to be exact). We even received multiple emails welcoming us to pick up the car....that was NOT ready.

Booked two months in advance and still waited over an hour only to be sent to a car that had already been assigned to another customer. When I asked if they could honor my reservation price on an available vehicle, I was told no — despite them having cars on the lot. I had to go back to the counter after being sent to the wrong car. When I finally got a vehicle, it was dirty and had a bent license plate. Great rental car but watch out on your receipt. They sneak in fuel charges when the vehicle was returned full. Now I’m having to waste my time sending in receipts

Although I made a prepaid reservation weeks in advance, there were no vehicles available at my pickup appointment time. I had to wait for over an hour for a car. The employees at the counter were unable to do anything about this, zero compensation was offered, and they made it seem like this happens all the time. If your travel plans are at all time-sensitive, do NOT rent from this company!!!!

My experience was great. Rental price was even acceptable. First hiccup was I had to buy a battery for the key fob to the car. At return I was told I would be reimbursed the whopping $6 - $7. Second hiccup was Google Maps took me around in circles trying to find the car return. That's obviously a Google issue, not Budget. We've used budget before and we'll do it again. Satisfied customer.
