Absolutely horrible rental. Car wasnt cleaned between renters. I got it empty on fuel and was charged extra when I returned it with more fuel than I received it. They didnt have the car i originally rented so they "upgraded" me to loose urine bottles rolling around in the back, dog hair blowing all over the car, ripped hole in seats, sticky steering wheel and dirt and trash everywhere. Appears like I got charged 175$ for insurance I didn't agree to, talked with customer service and wasn't able to get a full refund, never using budget again.
Had a reservation, no cars and caused me to miss the meeting that was the reason for my trip. Huge line of people waiting.
They didn't bother to let me know I had to have and extra $300⁰⁰ bucks for them to hold. Wasted my fuel, my time, and my patience.
