Will never rent from here again. Asked for a large suv and they "accidently" gave our reservation to someone else. The smaller SUV we received smelled like weed and cigarettes. Asked about getting a different vehicle and they said no and we can't break our reservation or get any refund. Rental broke down in the middle of the trip. They sent a tech who said we had to get it towed. Got it towed and received a new rental for the trip home. Beware of them charging you a deep clean when it’s not warranted. My family for rent a van from this place we returned it clean even vacuumed it. They charged us a deep cleaning fee because of dog hair we don’t even own a dog. I called several times To get an answer and the last time I called is when they said there’s dog hair all over She put me on hold and then hung up on me and I called several times back and she never answered call corporate. DONT GO HERE. Made an online reservation and paid IN FULL only to be told there were no cars available when I got there. I was told that at 6 AM the same morning they called me to inform me of this, which was an absolute bold faced lie. They did not not call, and when telling them that I never received a call she just recited my phone number to me, but could not show me proof of the call being made. Made a reservation through their website and when I arrived was told no cars were available. She said my reservation confirmation means nothing and im just out of luck. I wish I had checked the reviews before booking. Looks like this happens all the time at this location. I asked how it was possible to get a confirmation number, email and text if not one single vehicle on this lot is available (I would have compromised for a different model/type. Booked Standard SUV through Costco and received intermediate SUV. They told me that there are no other cars on the lot. Disappointing that holding a reservation has no meaning at this center.
