Renter Beware! Do not rent from this location. I was given a white Chrysler Pacifica, the inside was absolutely disgusting, not just dirty, nasty filthy! Long dog hair everywhere, food crumbs everywhere and the smell in the vehicle was just awful. No inspection was performed prior to the agent giving me the keys. I told the agent this is unacceptable. The office its self is dirty. One person manning the desk. There are flies in the trash can and it clearly has not been taken out in a couple of weeks. Same for the restroom trash can. The restroom has a sign that said “out of service” and I needed to use it bad. Staff member said it wasn’t really out of order and I could use it. What the?
