We don't know the man's name, but on 8/23/2025 @ 0945. The desk clerk was obnoxious. There was nowhere to park and my husband parked in front of the garage doors. The man asked my husband if he had any common sense and would he park his own car in the street lime that. This desk man has no common sense in how to deal in customer service. No one should be treated so rudely.

Do not come to this location!! Picked up my rental on Sunday, June 1st. When we called to ask for clear directions it was around 1:36pm. The guy that answered the phone was rude and told us that at 1:45pm they start closing down so we needed to hurry up even though we already reserved and paid online. Hours should be updated to reflect this if you no longer what people coming past this time even though you advertise that you close at 2pm.
