I always have a great experience with budget Rent-A-Car. If I’m late returning the car, I can request a couple more days. I did have an experience with an all electric car that I was not too fond of it took 4 to 5 hours to charge and it was an Audi, six EV. But I did like the comfortable drive of it. I just did not have time to keep charging it to the maximum and even after five hours it still was not at 100% charge.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a rental car company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, the service was appalling, culminating in an encounter with a particularly rude and condescending attendant.
