I always have a great experience with budget Rent-A-Car. If I’m late returning the car, I can request a couple more days. I did have an experience with an all electric car that I was not too fond of it took 4 to 5 hours to charge and it was an Audi, six EV. But I did like the comfortable drive of it. I just did not have time to keep charging it to the maximum and even after five hours it still was not at 100% charge.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a rental car company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, the service was appalling, culminating in an encounter with a particularly rude and condescending attendant. Do not rent a car from this agency - we had reserved a car 4 months ahead of our trip only to receive a call 2 hours before we we were scheduled to pick it up saying it wasn't available. They offered us another car, but it wouldn't have worked based on where we were going. We were left stranded at a hotel with two children and no option other than to scramble to find a new rental at the last minute. We ended up going with a different agency.
