We rent cars on a daily basis and the folks (Valerie & Brian) at the York location have always treated us like family and forever accommodate our needs/requests. We’ve rented from Enterprise and Hertz years ago and since using the Budget York Pa locations we’ve stayed only to Budget. Thanks for the excellent level of service and we look forward to continuing our rental needs with Budget York Pa. Amy & Scott Wojcik
Called and got a car same day prices were just right.
Horrible experience. Location confirmed our reservation, but when we went to pick-up vehicle location was closed. No rental car. No stars. Will never use Budget, or Expedia again.
Great place to rent cars or trucks. Brian is very helpful and awesome to work with.
Good service, other then desk person accusing my mother of not knowing how to work lights when she brought up that one of the back lights was out
