I just tried to ask if the vehicle that I was booking for August online it's unlimited mileage, this location is the closest one to my home, and who ever answered was rude, told me they have no cars, and to call them back in July, and he hung up on me,

This is the worst place to rent from. I made my reservation with Avis, and the system confirmed it, but when I went to pick up the car, they told me they didn't have it. The reality is that they *did* have it, but they simply didn't want to hand it over. I spoke with Avis directly, and they confirmed that the vehicle was indeed available at that location. Great location to rent from. I always rent here for my work trips and they are great. They are very attentive and respectful. Always have a car ready, as I have booked ahead of time. As with any rentals, highly recommended booking ahead of time. Would recommend this location to anyone in need of rentals for work or pleasure.

My sister recently passed and I needed a 12-15 seat passenger van to get the family up north. Found a promotion online, reserved it at that location and I had no issues picking the car up on the day I needed it. The gentlemen I worked with was extremely kind, patient and compassionate. He worked with me and my unique situation when I picked up the car and when I dropped it off. He even checked in and asked how the family was doing when I got back.
