They closed early for holiday hours on 12/31 and this was not communicated whatsoever to us on the rental agreement, and I showed up 8 minutes after "closing". They didn't even have a physical sign on the door. The manager took the time to walk over to me in the lot, tell me that they were closed early, and to drive another 20 min to SJC to return. Would have taken less time to just take my keys. Thanks bud, merry Xmas to you too, for your present we'll happily never use your franchise again.
