‼️The importance of reading reviews!! THIS PLACE IS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL garbage, I’ve always picked up Budget Ontario and never had issues. I went here because it’s in my hometown to pick up my prepaid car. They had the money already but of course THE CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. Their solution, I take a mini van to their other location FAR AWAY to pick up the car I had already paid for. What a joke of a place‼️ MIND YOU, that’s their job.
We had rented the truck from the Fresno location on Cesar Chavez to this location in Upland. We got it back a little bit after the time however we were sitting in there for an hour almost over an hour honestly and I was asking questions about what was going on with the closing out everything all he was doing was making phone calls.
