‼️The importance of reading reviews!! THIS PLACE IS BOTTOM OF THE BARREL garbage, I’ve always picked up Budget Ontario and never had issues. I went here because it’s in my hometown to pick up my prepaid car. They had the money already but of course THE CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. Their solution, I take a mini van to their other location FAR AWAY to pick up the car I had already paid for. What a joke of a place‼️ MIND YOU, that’s their job.
We had rented the truck from the Fresno location on Cesar Chavez to this location in Upland. We got it back a little bit after the time however we were sitting in there for an hour almost over an hour honestly and I was asking questions about what was going on with the closing out everything all he was doing was making phone calls. He was going to check the truck a whole lot of times he was getting food delivered. Frank and Mariah were both very super knowledgeable and did an excellent job with helping assist me with my unique work situation. Highly recommend this group of Avis/ Budget professionals for your renting needs! I will definitely be returning to experience this great customer service.
