If I could leave a negative star review I would, and I have never left a review less than five stars before. I had a pleasant experience picking up and had a good car. At pickup the manager told me to bring the car back with at least half a tank of gas. I brought the car back the next day with the gas gauge over half a tank (and a receipt showing it had been half full at pickup). They told me they would have to charge me $17 per gallon to make up the difference I drove or I could leave and go put a gallon of gas in the car. ... read more

Scam & Hidden Charges! I was quoted $2,590, but Budget charged me $3,078 after adding over $780 in services I never requested or agreed to. They even charged $277 for fuel despite me returning the car with the same level after refueling. I’ve rented from many other companies before, and no one has ever taken advantage of me like Budget did. I do not recommend dealing with them unless you want to be robbed.

Knowledgeable,professional and he delivers the most best customer service Ben helped me to cancel my reservation from Dullas airport and he did figure out the car i need even it was not available He did clean it and check that everything is okay Ben should be the employee of the month Thank you!
