Cancelled my prepaid reservation less than 24 hours before my road trip. Said call customer service to get your refund. Very unprofessional.

Amazing cars
We made the reservation for the weekend and came in at 8 am with whole weekend planned. The dude here and said they didn’t see my reservation and it sold out. Clearly this person is negligent and rude to customers. I don’t understand why an incompetent person would even have a job. Needs to be fired on the spot
