Zach and Courtland were awesome. Professional, positive, and genuine. I have went to other Budgets in town and this is hands down my favorite spot. I don't think it's a coincidence this location has some of the best ratings for Budget in Colorado Springs. Thanks!
Extremely rude staff. Waiting till I arrived to tell me they have no cars for me. Will never use Budget after this experience. Unreliable and untrustworthy.
We rented a car last week. The guy that helped us was absolutely terrific. He was very nice prov7ded us with excellent customer service and made 5he woke deal much easier and explained everything to us as he did it. We were very happy with the whole experience. The guy was an awesome representative for the com0any and did a stellar job making sure everything we needed 2as taken care of .we recommen
We were in a tight spot and the team at Budget went above and beyond to help us. It was a very smooth experience and they delivered when Enterprise would not.
