We rented a car last week. The guy that helped us was absolutely terrific. He was very nice prov7ded us with excellent customer service and made 5he woke deal much easier and explained everything to us as he did it. We were very happy with the whole experience. Top notch service from Nate! The day before visiting this location I booked a rental through a 3rd party site. That rental was canceled the next morning. A call center agent worked to correct the rental and assigned it to this location. When we arrived, it was not correct. The price was higher and for less days than needed. Nate did an excellent job of correcting everything and getting us going. Thanks Nate!
