I would put this at a negative if I could. The manager was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. I was referred to this branch after there E Woodman location didn’t have any vehicles. After paying for a Lyft there I was completely embarrassed by the lack of service and communication from the Manager . Needless to say I would never rent from budget rental companies.

Rental pickup was very good. The rep was polite, told me the car options I had beforehand, and the process was quick. Rental return was another story. The rep was rude and acted like he/she didnt want to be there. I walked up to the window, he asked how can he help me...well obviously I am returning the rental...but I say "I'm returning my rental". I’m unhappy with my recent experience with Budget and want to share the facts of what happened. I booked directly through Budget.com and prepaid for a “Ford Bronco or similar,” which is a higher‑tier vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the car they didn't have Ford Broncos or Jeep Wranglers available and only had a standard SUV. Even though the rate on the standard SUV was lower, I was told that because I had prepaid, they couldn’t adjust the price and I had to pay the higher price for the lower tier car. AVOID IF ALL POSSIBLE!!! Horrible experience from reservation, pickup, to drop off! Airport crew doesn’t know what the right hand is doing from the left. Total nightmare, if you can go with another competitor DO IT! Save yourself the headache and suffering. Avis unfortunately is a sister company, same crew and treatment…. Again AVOID ‼️

We rented a car for two weeks and returned it with a full tank and cleaned out interior. The following month I find a $125 cleaning fee. BEWARE and rent elsewhere. I rent vehicles several times a year and this is my last from budget. You've been warned
