Worst service and place to rent from. No communication skills or customer courtesy and Managementwas the worst!!!! Never will use the again or refer them to anyone!
A reservation here means NOTHING! The staff is rude and does not offer any help when they do not have the vehicle for which you have a confirmed reservation. Also, do NOT make a pickup before 10 am or after 5:30 pm as they either will not be open or will not check you in as they are shutting down to head home at 5:40.
When I returned car agent behind counter was very rude and condescending when I was asking about a charge was also also being rude to customer in front of me will never use budget again after being a loyal customer that female agent at melbourbe sq mall location was a disgrace that was horrible also vehicle rented was dirty inside and out upon receipt
Fast in and out of the Melbourne airport. Really great staff. Very friendly, even though we came in late at night. I am a fast break customer so I literally walked to the counter, grab the keys and walked out to our car. We ended up with a car that someone had apparently smoked pot in. They did their best job to clean out the smell but it was really bad. Thankfully the company was kind enough to exchange it for a new car the next day. Highly recommend budget.
