Budget sucks!! First the line when picking up my rental was horrible and took over a half hour to get to get to the desk. I had a specific car reserved for over a week and they didn’t have it so they put me into something else which really didn’t satisfy what was needed for my trip. Then my trip end early I returned the car 2 days early and they absolutely would not do anything to help me with a refund. Jean was awful. She seems unhappy to be there. Not friendly at all. We reserved a car and when we got there they had only one left. A two door Camero for me and my family. Jean insisted we take it but started with "if it's still rolling". She mentioned all the work they've had to put into the Camero and she made it seem like it's not safe. I don't understand how they stay in business with her face and personality. Take your business elsewhere.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. Carl was no help at all. He didn’t even look at my itinerary from the airport. When we call to make a reservation every single person we spoke to on the phone told us that they will give us a vehicle with just our debit card. He ran my credit and now I’m nervous the he’ll use my credit. He had an attitude low key. Elderly folks just don’t want to help us at all. No pointing us in the right direction or anything.
Horrible woman here.Had reservation 1 day before.Came for pickup pickup truck and there's no pickup truck.Spent money for Uber for nothing.
