Customer service agent at Budget Avis rental booth in Melbourne square Mall is the rudest man I've ever spoken to in my life. Never again will I go back in that kiosk/store. That man needs some customer service training and sensitivity training. Where in the world do you hire these people from this guy came out from under a rock.
I can see why this place is rated two stars after the phone call I had with their “customer support team”. Instantly greeted with a tone of “great I have to do my job” mumbled a quick name and asked what I needed help with. Worst service and place to rent from. No communication skills or customer courtesy and Managementwas the worst!!!! Never will use the again or refer them to anyone!
