Be very very careful of paying for their mistakes and check your receipts! Infact DO NOT drop the keys in the box and make them close it out. I use budget and Avis weekly for work and 3 different occasions they have “lost” my rental car return and not closed it out for days, even though budget sees they have re rented the car back out to another customer. I have rented cars from this location and never get the class I have paid for. Most recently, I rented a hybrid class vehicle and was provided a hornet. This car is not listed on their hybrid car or similar page. unless you plug it in to charge the battery you do not get a lot of benefit from the hybrid system. Oh, and of course the charge was 0% so not a hybrid. Why bother asking for a car class when they never seem to honor the class you rented.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First off the car they gave me was busted all over so had to get a guy to mark it, then tlby the second day the smell of cigarettes permeated the inside after the spray they used wore off to try to cover it. I called customer service where they tried to discount me a day but they didnt. I returned it early because of the smell. Upon return yesterday the two girls at the desk couldn't bother with the time of day to acknowledge any concerns even though I was the only customer. And they charged ... read more
