Fair prices, had to wait about 45 min for a car to get prepped. That was upsetting because i had an appt. even arrived early. Would recommend

My experience was extremely easy and pleasant , booked on Expedia . Rose at the front desk was so kind and courteous . Had to go back next day and change car car , wasn’t a real issue with the electric Benz I had other than the battery life was only 200 miles : got a Tesla with 300 and was a 2 mi. Process because again of Rise who was working that day . I would rent again simply because of her ! It was a great experience and I’m in customer service as well , great job Rose and team Budget

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. As a Costco Member I was here at 7:55 am for my 8 am reservation. They have a discriminatory 2-line system… 1 is for “preferred” these were people who just skipped the line even though I’ve been waiting 25 minutes. I’m sorry but if you’re going to have ONE cashier you should not have a 2-line system because those who don’t rent cars often should not be penalized and have to wait over 30 minutes for a car!
