My experience with budget was horrible. They called me the day before and said they don’t have the car I reserved and had already paid for. The staff member suggested I call other budgets in the area to transfer a car over. I went to take rental car that I was booked three days prior the pick up day, they have worst customer service. The guy,1 before he checked on the system he told me that I didn’t book the car. 2 Plus he offered other car while the car I booked standing on the parking lots. 3 I went there in the morning and he told me that the car isn’t ready and he promised me that he will clean the car and get it ready by noon. Rental process was simple and straight-forward; price was reasonable for time of year, rental days, and vehicle size. This location may not be as viable an option for some (airplane travelers, etc) as the airport, but should at least be considered; non-airport rental spots offer the same variety of vehicles usually at cheaper prices (even during busy times of the year), charge fewer non-rental related fees, can be accessed easily via bus to SE 82nd Ave, and has a simpler, more intuitive and laid back rental process (with a m... read more
