Leaving 1 star because I can't leave less. We booked a truck 2 weeks prior and when moving day comes, there is no truck to pick up. No one has an answer as to why theres no truck available and we're getting hung up on because no one wants to deal with a problem that they caused. Terrible customer service! Now we're having to figure something else out fast because we have movers coming to help us move into our new place.
Worst customer service EVER. Booked the truck 2 weeks ago and called today to check on the status and they were rude and said there were no trucks available and then hung up in my face. Im furious. NEVER using them ever again. Highly do NOT recommend them. Go to U Haul.
Definitely zero stars! Even if you return the truck a day earlier they charge you for an extra day!! Besides the fact the truck is horrible and not fit to be driven. You’ve got an owner selling Walmart boxes for $2 when they are $1.60 at the store.
After being to two other budget rental locations that were closed, customer service sent me here at 1:30pm on Sunday. They CLOSE AT NOON ON SUNDAY. Awesome!!! See the corporate review? Sure copy and paste at corporate as they refer the next person to this address. God forbid the person attempting to return their car before a flight.
