Absolutely horrendous customer service. Don't expect to actually receive a car when reserving here. Booked a car several days ahead of time. The car wasn't ready at the time I had booked for pickup. Told me they'd call when a car became available. Even 48 hours later, no car. When I called more than 24 hours past the reservation pickup time, they told me to come in the next day at 11:30. They're always trying to rip off customers by selling them the wrong car or coming up with some excuse as to why they can't deliver what was paid for in advance.
I love doing business with this location. The gentleman is always very efficient and courteous. He gets me in and out. The staff is wonderful.
Greatest Counter guy ever. If the front door is locked wait a few minutes. The counter agent also retrieves the cars and brings them to the valet pick up.
