I rented a moving truck from this location only to arrive at the time of my reservation and the franchise owner tell me it was on the way and not there yet. I asked why it was not here and when it would arrive. He rudely told me it was coming from Plano and “if I knew what traffic was”. I had to wait 45 mins for the truck when I had movers waiting for me at the house. Go to U-Haul and spend a little more to save the headache trust me, this guy is rude and unprofessional.
