Renting a moving truck wasn't too bad, but the truck was a mess. The cup holders and stuff were sticky and even had chewed gum in one, the wiper blades were dried out and useless, and the window was covered in bugs and dirt. Also, the ramp in the back had a handle broken off as well as a broken strap on the dolly.
Terrible customer service all the way around. Went to pick up a car today, was informed it was a "slight crack notated on the windshield" but when i went to inspect the crack was gigantic, it went across the entire windshield across the whole thing.I went back in and asked for another car and they switched me out for a car that had scratches all over the exterior, the air bag was exposed and it reeked of smoke, there were actual ashes on the dashboard. We rented a minivan from Budget June 21-June 29 from Den to SLC (one way). Getting the van was an issue, as it didn't seem like anyone there could give us the same answer, but did finally get it done. Before dropping it off we swung by a car wash to clean it out as we usually do, with 7 people trash gets under seats and we like to ensure we don't insure extra charges for cleaning.
