They will let you reserve a car online when they are closed, yet they have no way for you to pick it up. The owner wasn't willing or able to help us at all, so that was $50 down the drain to change our reservation and lots of frustrating calls with corporate who continued trying to upcharge us for an issue that their computer system created.
We found a box of condoms in the car and some broken fingernails
Infuriating!!! Minus 5 stars if I could. They canceled my reservation less than 24 hours before I was leaving on a road trip (said no cars) and THEN charged me a $50 no show fee. I made countless phone calls and wrote emails to get my money back. Tons of useless apologies but no refund. I've attached just one of many emails that all say essentially the same thing. Credit card company refunded in no time. Horrible business practices. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.
Renting a moving truck wasn't too bad, but the truck was a mess. The cup holders and stuff were sticky and even had chewed gum in one, the wiper blades were dried out and useless, and the window was covered in bugs and dirt. Also, the ramp in the back had a handle broken off as well as a broken strap on the dolly.
