I reserved a SUV from this location and ended up getting a Chrysler van. The paperwork stated that the gas tank was full and I don't think that was accurate since I drove from Austin to San Antonio and back and there was a little less than a half tank left. The TPS light came on while I drove off for a driver side rear low tire (31) but I just continued to my destination. Quick, easy, and affordable. Car I chose wasn't available when I went to pickup so they gave me a free upgrade. Car was clean, ran well, had no issues. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process
Smooth and efficient experience
We reserved a pickup truck from here last summer and we couldn't be happier when we got there. They gave us a Ford F-150 sport, 5L V8 in very good condition, really impressive truck. No problems on return but the second car we got from here wasn't that great as it had some damage and was quite dirty but worked fine. Staff in this Austin office was kind and customer service from Budget helpful over email.
I experienced renting a car. I didn't expect much else, but maybe you do and so will experience all that additional that there was and is. It happened again, but I'm not surprised.
