Smooth process, great experience and within a couple of minutes I was out with my rental.
Son una banda de Marchanes del alquiler de autos. Alquilamos un auto premium haces meses y cuando fuimos a retirarlo en Austin nos dijeron “no tenemos , se llevan esa camioneta o podes cancelar el alquiler”. Nunca más, antes que alquilarles de vuelta prefiero jugarme unos fichines y forzar una cerradura de un Prius mal parido. Y Salgan del closet cómo lo hizo el Josebas.
I cannot believe this lady was a manager. She kept cutting me off and threatened to hang up on me, accusing me of being disrespectful. They have great cars and have wonderful service as far as the rentals go but the customer service is horrible. She made me so uncomfortable. The ONLY reason she accused me of being disrespectful was when I pointed out to her that I noticed she was starting to have an attitude with me and started getting sarcastic when I couldn’t understand what she was telling me.
