David was great to work with.
I reserved a car here online and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I was informed they had no vehicles available. While I had just watched the person ahead of me ask for a rental without a reservation and they gave her the last car.
Came here at the last minute with a car I rented at John Wayne airport. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly and honest and did all he could to help amidst being in the middle of Spring Break and not having a lot of inventory. Would rent from this location if in the area!
If you don’t have a car ready then don’t post online. Ubers my hotel to this place just to be said no car.
