The office it's always busy but in the past I had an issue and they cleared it and even up graded.
We got our car in a timely manner. The associate was great, good customer service. We got a Mazda C30.
Awful awful awful. Terrible to work with these people. Vehicle changes, sloppy communications, close early, uncaring attitude. Not worth the trouble!
Called with less than 2 hours notice to cancel saying they didn't have the car I reserved and prepaid 2 weeks in advance.
Reserve the car they tell you to show up anytime after 8:00 a.m. they give the car to somebody else then they don't work with you to get you another car they send you to a different location and once you're headed to that location the new location will then cancel your reservation horrible would not rent a car from here
