After I had already confirmed my car booking, Budget canceled it without a valid reason. To my astonishment, they then had the audacity to offer me the exact same car for a 50% higher price. This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic and feels like a complete scam. It's an unethical way to treat a customer so avoid this company if you want a reliable and honest rental experience.
They're always friendly, listening to customers' concerns and working hard to resolve them. Next time I need to rent a car, I'll definitely be staying here.
Booked an intermediate car for 3 days for about $134, but received a gas guzzling SUV because the agent said that's all they had available. The vehicle was pick up at 5:00PM, and I told the agent I may have to do after hours drop-off, and he said they will prorate and extra day for the rental.
