Edit to my review: they made it right with me. I understand mistakes happen and how a company responds to it is everything in my book. Very impressed and up to 5 stars for me given how nice the gentleman at the counter was about it all and how they responded after the fact. Basically go to anyone but Budget. Booked my rental car in May knowing that Thanksgiving is a busy time. Called a couple days beforehand to make sure my pickup time was still okay. Every time I’ve been in I’ve had a great experience, all the staff have been extremely helpful. This last rental I worked with Micheal, he was very nice and helpful. Really made my birthday weekend smooth after a rough start. I hate that there’s so many bad reviews! I believe they are really trying their best and very accommodating.
