Had a fantastic experience here with Ethel - we were out of the airport and into the car in minutes, and Ethel was absolutely excellent, this was the easiest car rental I’ve ever done!

Every time I make the mistake of booking budget at Milwaukee airport I arrive and the counter is closed and you have to sit in line with a dozen other people and wait for an hour in the Avis line. Don’t book budget. Use enterprise when flying to Milwaukee
Never again. Landed noone here had to stand in an extremely long Avis line! Received a heavily soiled car. They should be ashamed. I did not walk back in to stand back in a long line again.
Only one attendant at the booth. Had to wait FOREVER
