Not enough staff working considering a holiday
I was just highly upset I reserved a luxury suv 3 months ago, to arrive and be told they don’t have that class of car. And could not explain why that option would have even been available for me to rent in the first place. The lady at the counter was also pretty rude.
I Didn't get the vehicle I reserved, got an suv with bald tires, busted wiper and it stunk when the heat or air was turned on as if the cabin filter was never changed ever and no walk around or tutorial on the operations of the vehicle so I had to figure it out on the drive. Upon return, the employee came at me with a street attitude and language because I missed reading one of a dozen signs posted upon entering the garage and my ride followed me in ,which wasn't received well after the 32 hour stinky ride and almost sliding... read more
Allen was great! Very accommodating. My preferred vehicle was not available. He upgraded me to a higher class for the inconvenience.
If I could rate a negative 5 I would. If this was my first time renting a car, I never would rent again. If I rent a car in the future, I would rather pay double than rent from Budget again. As the Budget kiosk had no one there, we were left to get a Budget car from Avis Kiosk. Due to poor customer service by Dena the Manager and Tavia who refused to work with my daughter and use common sense to accommodate the rental transaction.
