Was concerned due to previous comments, but Arya was excellent when picking up. On time. Clean car, exactly what we rented. 👍
I’m not sure why the reviews are so low, because Rudy is an absolute angel. We went to the Budget location on Shorecrest and were completely dismissed. Afterward, we went to Rudy and explained the situation. Despite being extremely busy on an eventful weekend, he was incredibly empathetic and even switched out our rental for us. I would highly recommend seeing him—he truly made a difficult situation so much easier.
Experience – Avoid Budget Car Rental (Lake Mary Westin & Sanford Airport) My experience with Budget has been absolutely unacceptable. The customer service is completely out of hand. The employee located at the Westin Hotel in Lake Mary was rude, disrespectful, and unbelievably lazy—he couldn’t do anything other than hand me the key. The worst! Can I give them a ZERO? Avoid using this location. I wish I had seen their reviews before booking. I had a booking today, for Aug 7th. When I reached there I was encountered by this guy who was slouching on a seat watching his phone. He was more interested in that then helping me. When I told him I have a reservation, he said he doesn't have a car for me, how is that possible?. When i asked him why didn't he call me, he said he did.
