I’ve rented a couple times from this company and location in the past year and a half and have zero complaints. I rely on reviews like most but I don’t think some people understand how to rent a car. There’s ways to get a good deal that have always existed. I never felt like someone was trying to upsell me, if anything one time I got a free upgrade. The cars have always been pretty clean. Absolutely horrible!!! I picked up my cargo rental. The guy left it on because it's hot out and he said he wanted to keep it cool inside. I am finally about to load up my stuff and there was a"Oil Change Maintenance" indicator. I only had 15 min before the look closed and NO ONE was answering. I called Roadside Assistance and the data I can either exchange it at a rental or get the oil change and they'd reimbursement me up to $100. I am furious!!! These guys are a rental shop that is more like a broker. Avis and Budget are both run thru the same office. That being said, I have rented cars here about three to four times a year for business for the past three years. The cars are dirty, smelly and disgusting. I usually have to wipe down the inside and clean the windows. Once, a pickup truck I rented was full of dog hair! it sucks because this site is two minutes from my house, but I may start looking elsewhere...

On December 31st, we picked up a vehicle that we had reserved through your website. Upon arrival at the pick-up, we were refused delivery of the vehicle unless we purchased additional insurance for damages and roadside assistance. We were told that, due to having an international driver's license, it was MANDATORY and we wouldn't be able to rent the vehicle without accepting these insurances.
