Absolutely terrible experience. Added “optional charges and insurances” to the rental without my permission and refuse to take them off. Rental was dirty and smelled like marijuana as well. Run, Run, Run from this place.
Ismael and Daniel were immediately welcoming and accommodating. The most pleasant rental car experience we’ve had to date. 10/10 recommend.
I rented a car from here for 48 hours. I just saw they charged me for supplemental liability insurance when i did not sign up or ask for it. They charged me after the fact. Will NEVER use them again. Highly suspect on how they charge things when you don’t sign up for them.
