If you value your time please skip this rental service . They are so slow. OMG! They also don’t honor your reservation and just provide you with any car.
Kathy and Zack were a HUGE help! They made my rental process smooth as could be. I use Budget for all of my rental needs because of people like Kathy and Zack.
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE- Especially if you have small children. Their car wash was broken which was fine. I can deal with dirty on the outside. After I returned it they tried to charge me $125 to pick up 3 wrappers, some French fries, and some random crumbs. Some of the pictures of what required “excessive cleaning” was dust on the drivers console. Another was a blurry picture that shows NOTHING. Great service and nice vehicle.
Rental started with myself and another person being given the same rental. I let the other person have it because they were already to depart. I went to obtain a new rental which unfortunately took over 10 minutes. The return went smoothly but I didn't receive my email receipt.
