Customer service was friendly, but gave me inaccurate information about being able to use my debit card for the rental. I called ahead as I know some companies won’t let you rent with a only a debit card (not prepaid but one ) one associated with a checking account and they confirmed I would be able to get the car. it ruined my road trip and I’m waiting for the money that they did take for the rental back on my card. Poor service from staff
The whole point of reserving a specific car is that you get that specific car when you go to pick it up. Nothing even in the same category was available for what I booked. Why even have the option to book a car if it’s not available? Not only that, even if it’s prepaid, they still charge you a $250 security deposit but you can ONLY use a credit card. What a scam, and a complete waste of time. Never coming here again. Run far away.
