The first car I received had low tire pressure, the second had an expired registration (illegal). The third car was old, dirty, and without a hood in the trunk. The fourth car was finally ready after two hours, and that too in 95 degrees Fahrenheit. A bad experience.
I just recently rented a car from Budget. Atif was at the front desk who has been friendly, nice and has gave us a car in a very quick time. We appreciate his professionalism and friendly greetings and behavior in that early morning.
Our pick up and drop off was excellent. Amir helped us get into the properly sized vehicle, a roomy Suburban that had all the bells and whistles and it was a decent price. Wade and Bobby made drop off a breeze when we returned from our trip. All around excellent service and excellent vehicle. Thanks Budget.
