We had a reservation with Budget in Rock Hill made over a week in advance, complete with a confirmed credit card. When we arrived, they did not have the vehicle we reserved. Worse, the agent openly stated that they haven’t had those vehicles for many months and that the reservation system is not updated to reflect reality. We were told the system “isn’t updated yet” and that it “may be a while” before it is. Good staff
Needs a oil change message came on as soon as I rented and windshield wipers would periodically start working for no reason.
We were in a huge hurry and they thankfully had a car ready for us and the staff was so friendly. Will recommend to people in the area to use and be back. Thank you again
