I rented a car from Budget and they charged me 27$ for driver being under 25 years(I'm 45). I called them and they took the fee off. Next day when I dropped the car(20 min before my due time) I was charged for an extra day. They took that fee off too. To many mistakes. Be careful when you rent from Budget.
Great service, friendly people and a clean car that was gassed up and ready to go.
I’ve always went to enterprise, so I figured why not give budget a chance!? BAD MISTAKE!!!! I paid online and checked in as well so it’ll be a quick in and out experience. Well I get there and am told to rent a car, you can’t use debit cards only credit (which I know credit is only required on sport cars, trucks and vans.) I paid for a regular small car. We rented a truck with them again this past week and it was clean, on time, and affordable. Will be using again when we need them. Front desk was very nice and quick even though it was busy.
