They have absolutely no inventory. If someone doesn’t return a car on time chances are you will not get yours. I showed up for my confirmed booking and of course was told they didn’t have a car available. I had to order an Uber to a different location to get a rental.
Put a reservation in a month ago for 06/19 for 9 am. I pulled up to the location and they called me when I was in the parking lot talking bout the car we had for you was extended again. When I ask what kind they give me they said they didn’t have no cars. The guy was trying to get smart with me when I said I been put this reservation in and you should have called me on Thursday to let me know something. Excellent car rental. They help us out in a pinch. Great customer service.
Had a confirmation number for noon but upon arrival was told no cars available and wouldn’t be for several hours. Poor business practices. Go somewhere else.
I have rented from this location several times and will be again shortly. They have great customer service.
