After Enterprise canceled my reservation last minute, Budget was able to secure a reservation for me. The staff was friendly and the process was relatively quick. 10/10 do recommend and I will be making them my number one option for rentals.

To start, no one at the counter and there was a sign to go to Avis. Huge line, waited for ever. Then, without making an announcement they just opened the counter and a huge line formed there. Finally got to the front and they said my car was off site and needed to be driven over so to grab a seat and wait for my name to be called. Still sitting here waiting an hour and a half later!!!
