After pre paying and booking a car 2weeks in advance i arrived to pick up the car to be told there was none and nobody knew how long it would be until there was one available nobody was answering budget front desks texts or phone calls leaving us without a car for the duration of our stay absolutely shocking customer service

Rosario was absolutely awesome at the Golden Nugget Budget location! She was professional and so very kind, truly outstanding customer service! We will definitely rent from this location again thanks to her! Highly recommend!
