On August 20, I went to pick up my car from Budget at LAX Airport. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. I had to wait for more than two and a half hours just to be served. When I finally reached the front desk, I was made to wait an additional 20 minutes because they couldn’t locate the car assigned to me.
