First time I have ever felt like someone working the counter at Budget did not want to rent me a car. Always had good experiences in the past at this location, but if the guy working today is working when you try and rent, buckle up, going to be a negative and bumpy ride. Making up rules as we go, I guess, and was way too eager to tear up the rental agreement. Not a good employee at all, sadly.
1st time renting at the golden nugget and all went well, the desk agent(rosario?) was friendly, efficient, and didn't overly push the add ons other than mentioning them. She explained everything from where to pick the car up to returning it. highly recommend.
Whole company is shady
Rosario was such a gem. Friendly, welcoming and helpful on check in and funny and remembered us on check out. We had i think Raquel also help us when we got to the car and she was also friendly too. There was a small scratch on car and she walked us thru it to help us as well. Honestly staff here are professional- and made it super easy for us! Would def rent her again
Another vote for Rosario! I stay at the Golden Nugget about once per month while traveling for work. Rosario has helped me every single time and ALWAYS delivers. On at least one occasion there have been no available vehicles and somehow she’s been able to find one for me within an hour or two. I don’t know how she does it, but she does. If the car rental and parking experience at the Golden Nugget weren’t so exceptional, I’m not certain I would still be so faithful.
