Rosario was such a gem. Friendly, welcoming and helpful on check in and funny and remembered us on check out. We had i think Raquel also help us when we got to the car and she was also friendly too. There was a small scratch on car and she walked us thru it to help us as well. Honestly staff here are professional- and made it super easy for us! Would def rent her again
Another vote for Rosario! I stay at the Golden Nugget about once per month while traveling for work. Rosario has helped me every single time and ALWAYS delivers. On at least one occasion there have been no available vehicles and somehow she’s been able to find one for me within an hour or two. I don’t know how she does it, but she does. If the car rental and parking experience at the Golden Nugget weren’t so exceptional, I’m not certain I would still be so faithful.
Rosario was so sweet and helpful! The check in desk is conveniently located in the Golden Nugget, and easy to book online ahead of time. But Rosario is what truly made our experience so great! Definitely recommend if you’re staying in downtown Las Vegas and looking to rent a car for a day trip.
This place is an absolute joke. I booked a reservation and came to pick up the car. They told me they had no cars available and that they can’t refund me. What a joke.
Rosario (if that’s how you spell her name) The agent who assisted me with the 2026 Chevy trailblazer Thursday afternoon. And both agents who assisted me on the second level of the parking garage for pick up and return, All of the agents deserve recognition I greatly appreciate each and every one of them. Everyone who I have met that is a part of the Budget Rental team has lived up to the name of great customer service
