Hands down best location to rent from around Fremont Street! Had a rental from this location and they were great! It's located inside the Golden Nugget while their vehicles are parked across the street. Chuck was amazing and took care of us well despite being by himself with a few people in line while Raquel made sure that the walkaround was done with me. I'll rent again from this location!
They were great and helpful, did not have what we reserved and they drove to get us what we needed to rent. Perfect customer service, if you ask me.
Simple and smooth reservation process. Great location downtown. I made my reservation online (same day), and I liked the 2024 Kia Soul-- modern, low mileage, great sound system w/Android Auto + folding down seats were great for storage. I needed the car for an extra day and the customer service line worked it out quickly.
They didn't have my car available, so made me Uber/taxi to different location (extra $40) weeks after returning the vehicle in PERFECT condition (only 1 day rental) They charged me $450 for cleaning fee. Please GOOGLE Budget $450. They are notorious for this action, Massive complaints, people talking about class action regarding this on BBB.
