I have been renting from this location since 2007. Always clean cars and very helpful.
I was checking this place out but base on the reviews I changed my mind
This has got to be the worst service I’ve ever received! We reserved a truck for 10:30 am and did not get it until 2pm! We have to put our things in the truck asap due to our lease ending. I also wanted a dolly and they told me it wasn’t available which is crazy because I reserved it days in advance. Also, the person had the nerve to tell me “you’re lucky we can even get you the truck” like sweetie I reserved it what do you mean “I’m lucky”. The truck also looks like it is from 2005. Car was clean, service was quick and professional, price was right. what more could you ask for?
Horrible, horrible, horrible. I booked my car over 2 weeks ago. I was running about 30 minutes behind and called to let them know. The guy who answered let me know they were running 1-2 hours behind. I said oK, will you call me when my car is ready? He said no and asked me to call. 2:05 came around & no one at the location was answering. Customer service refused to call the location & couldn't guarantee that I'd keep my rate. Never renting from them again. Sixt is so much better.
