So far, my experience with Budget has been 100% positive — a night-and-day difference compared to my recent experience with Enterprise in Worcester on Shrewsbury Street. With Enterprise, I reserved an SUV weeks in advance, showed up as scheduled, and was told they didn’t have one. No advance call, no warning, no attempt to fix it.
