The woman at the counter at the airport ? Mean immediately I left immediately she was uneducated and that would have been ok if she wasn’t so mean. Good luck with that. Budget Worchester Ma airport

No stars and highly recommend you look into another location. The staff when I picked up the car the rep didn't even bother to come inspect the vehicle when giving me the keys. After I personally inspected the vehicle and reported the issues he wrote it up and sent me on my way regardless. One of the issues was a leak in the driver side tire. No care. I had to fill the tire up multiple times through the rental process. Again highly recommend staying away from the budget rental in the worcester airport..
