This review is specific to the ORH, Worcester Airport location, and one of the best Avis counter people there is. Jason is one of, if not the BEST rental car people I have ever dealt with. I have rented numerous times from this location, or had issues with flight delays that threw wrenches into my trips to the Worcester area and Jason has been AMAZING, every single time I've needed his help, he's absolutely come through for me, going above and beyond. I can not recommend the ORH location, or praise Jason enough!
