The car I was provided at Hertz W. Spfld location was not sufficiently charged, it broke down in less than 20 miles in Sturbridge MA. While in route (1/2 mile away) to a charging station, I called Hertz roadside for two hours before I reached an actual Hertz Human. In the interim a State Trooper arrives, making me tow my car because it was a (DMV-disabled mv).
