I was disappointed at the lack of organization. When I went to pick up my rental the whole area was empty! Took well over an hour to clear the lot. Since the merger it feels like Avis is the priority and Budget is a side business.

Thanks to Rachelle this is tree stars. Without her it would be one. Booked Suburban category. Not because we wanted space. We needed space. We were 6 pax + 6 big suitcases. For a 21 day road trip SAN to SAE. We did not get the Suburban initially. We got a Ford Excursion. No matter how hard we tried and how many times we rearranged the suitcases: they wouldn’t fit into the Excursion. The people in the parking lot couldn’t help. ALERTA! FRAUDE Y CARGOS FALSOS! Así como lo leen de muchos usuarios está empresa te roba porque le dejamos lleno el tanque de gasolina y me hicieron el cargo por medio tanque a 10 USD el galón, con mentiras el tipo de la recepción dijo que el cargo era un depósito en garantía, pero al estar en vuelo de regreso me hicieron dos cargos por casi 8 mil pesos además de lo que ya había pagado por reservar.
