100% with all negatives reviews of being ripped off from this location. The Costco/third party reservations done online is all true that they were ripped off by being upcharged from its initial confirmed price. My reservation from Costco was $175.00 and they tried to charge me $258.00 for the LDW when I cleary told them that I did not need anything additional. One of the worst company’s you’ll ever deal with. DO NOT DO IT! Tried to charge me $1100 for car insurance for 14 day car rent!!

Update: sent an email as requested to socialinfo@ 10 days ago. No reply. Original: Rental experience itself was fine. First time renting from Budget and only because Avis didn't have cars. But I returned the car and left a bag of merch from Torrey Pines in the back seat. My fault. But also something that should be noticed and turned in by the attendant cleaning the car. The customer service center never told me that I couldn't use my debit card if I'm local without flight. Plus not able to help me with a family emergency. Never going back to budget again.
