Relatively quick process, vehicle was clean and in good repair.
The worst experience ever renting a van,calling my phone midnight to tell me that don't have vehicle that was rented 3 months prior to arriving in portland Oregon, then tell me substitute vehicle was 3 miles from airport and I had to provide my own transport ,budget never again
After pre-paying online and calling to confirm before flight our car was given away to someone else and no other cars were available. We had to Uber to multiple locations and finally head back to airport …..SIXT was very accommodating. Do not waste time and money on this location. A full day of our vacation was lost and we paid a 100+ on Uber trying other locations that said they had a van but actually didn’t.
My goto car rental spot. Good service and convenient to me.
