Anything that you read positive regarding this rental car location? It's most likely false, their customer service is terrible. I would not even consider spending my hard-earned cash on one of their vehicles. I'm rather recommend National Car Rental. As a better option, the budget rent a car personnel was horrible. ATIKUR is the MANNN!!! I faced some issues with my 3+ week rental and soon as Atikur came to know about it he immediately jumped in it and fixed it all. From literally solving the issue out or following up later as well to ensure the rentals running smoothly. From now on, every time I land at JFK, I’m renting a car from Budget bcuz of him! We rented a car from Budget. As foreigners, we asked if we could use toll roads with the rental car and were told yes (incidentally, the car provided wasn't the one we had originally booked). At the end of our trip, we were hit with an extra charge of $488 !!!—deducted directly from our account. We had been charged a flat rate of $25 per day for tolls! I had a great experience with Budget at JFK Airport. The car was clean, practically brand new, in excellent condition, and exactly the size and type I reserved. The line at pickup wasn’t too bad, and there were only a few people ahead of me. The service was excellent both when picking up the car and when returning it. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely rent from Budget again!
