The car reeked of expired pasta. After I dropped off the car with a full tank, I was charged a full tank of gas in the receipt. I went to the office to ask for assistance but the three ladies sitting there doing nothing refused to help and told me to go get in the Avis line that was at least a 45 min wait. I had to get the manager to assist me. Budget purposely does this thinking that customers won’t dispute the charge. Will not rent from budget or Avis again. Shady company with shady practices.

I was told “I’m all good” when I turned in the Avis rent a car a few days early for the Uber driver program. A few days later, Avis charged me for another week. I called Avis/Budget customer support and they removed the charge. This location once again pushed the charged me for a week of car rental. Lied to my face.
‼️DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I booked a van a couple of days ago but when I came, they only had an electric one which was charged to 50 miles(with the max of 100 miles). While booking I estimated my trip to 150 miles…. They couldn’t offer any other truck so I ended up going to another rental and I payed double price since it was same day rental…
